GRAFFITI WARS : Banksy vs. Robbo
GRAFFITI WARS : Banksy vs. Robbo
The Whale Story
“A fisherman experiences a moment of connection with a female humpback whale in the waters off of San Francisco. Is this an example of inter-species communication or a mysterious fluke? This true story is retold in paint on a 16 foot high wall with the help of the passing public in Seattle’s Cal Anderson Park.”

STENCIL.RO Games presents Marc Eckō’s Getting Up : Contents Under Pressure
“Marc Eckō’s Getting Up : Contents Under Pressure” video pe Vimeo sau YouTube.
Jucand vei putea vedea evolutia personajului principal Trane, jocul avand o multime de “misiuni”, artisti reali precum OBEY, COPE2, FUTURA, SEEN, DECOY si T-KID.
Getting Up : Contents Under Pressure este un “MUST HAVE”!
Let The Arts Roam
“Wherever they go, they try to make something that makes sense for the neighborhood, and the community. And they always make something positive, something the artists hope people can enjoy — regardless of whether life has greeted them with great fortune. Armed with a vision and their cans of spray paint, El Mac and Retna will transform a forgotten wall into a piece of art.
El Mac and Retna are street artists, born in LA. They use building walls as blank canvases for their imagery, and the duo has collaborated to create murals all over the world. El Mac and Renta have very different styles, and have been collaborating the last few years. They combine their artistic forces in a specific way: El Mac creates huge lifelike portraits and Retna, calligraphic brushwork and decoration. The result is striking imagery that is unique and recognizable as theirs. It’s not uncommon for street art fans and documentarians to gather to watch the progression of an El Mac and Retna work in progress.
El Mac and Retna art feels appropriate for the street because the artists themselves embrace the city streets, the different neighborhoods, and the blend of cultures and backgrounds of the people that fill them. Street art, including the work of El Mac and Retna, also reflects a new attitude about accessibility to art in our environments. “Why not see all the walls painted,” says Retna.”

Rock On!
“Last month our family watched “Exit Through the Gift Shop.” We loved it. In fact Gracie was bound and determined to become a street artist when she grew up. I tried to explain that while the art was fun and the story was great, vandalism isn’t a good thing. But she was smitten. Her obsession with Banksy finally wavered a bit after she saw his recent Charlie Brown street art. Oh, ho, ho — you mess with Gracie’s beloved Charlie Brown, and you’ve crossed the line buddy.
Aaaanyway… All that to say, the kids were majorly inspired. Now of course we would never in a million years damage anyone’s property. But we wanted to do something artsy. Something stealthy. Something public. Then I had a bright idea… We spent an afternoon making these guys:
A couple of days later, we stuffed our pockets, hit the town, and stuck our little friends in fun places.
Artsy? Check!
Public? Check!
Stealthy? Check!
Fun? Double check!!
And in no way damaging.
Hopefully we were able to spread a little happiness to anyone who stumbled across these little guys. Here are some of their landing places… Hope you enjoy them too!”

Reverse Graffiti Ad
“Miller Genuine Draft is cold filtered to give it a distinctive smooth, refreshing taste.
To bring this filtration process to life, a new campaign features clean art – a form of street art where people use high pressure water hoses to remove dirt from walls and buildings to reveal extraordinary designs.
The reverse graffiti designs were created by Lotie!
Shot in Bucharest, Romania.
Agency : Leo Burnett London
Director: Lynn Fox”
Locatia AICI.
STENCIL.RO Games presents Sideway : New York
