British photographer Ian Wood won the Natural History Museum’s 2024 Wildlife Photographer of the Year People’s Choice Award in February 2025 with his photograph “No Access”.
The striking image shows an urban Eurasian badger pausing beside a wall, seemingly looking at a Banksy-style spray-painted image of another badger. A perfect and unexpected meeting between wildlife and street art.
